Eoin O’Grady from Virtuos recently weighed in on how the Nintendo Switch 2 stacks up against the Xbox Series S. He pointed out that while the Switch 2's GPU trails behind a bit, its use of DLSS upscaling helps bridge the gap, making it easier for games to shift from Series S to the new console. The CPU, though, is more similar to the PlayStation 4, which could pose issues for more demanding games. Still, O’Grady is hopeful, believing the Switch 2 could outshine its predecessor due to the rising interest in portable AAA gaming. With a solid game lineup and loyal fans, the Switch 2 is on track to make its mark.
