Bandai Namco is pulling the plug on the mobile Pac-Man game on May 30, just shy of its 45th anniversary. Players can still enjoy the game and its Story Mode until then, with in-app purchases available until April 1. The shutdown comes as the franchise gears up for celebrations, including special events and new merchandise. Plus, an edgy spin-off, Shadow Labyrinth, is set to launch on July 18, bringing a darker vibe to the classic arcade favorite.
