Square Enix is revamping the classic RPG Dragon Quest VII, originally from 2000, for a 2026 release. This remake aims for more than just shiny graphics; expect real gameplay upgrades too. It follows the upcoming Dragon Quest 1+2 HD-2D Remake on October 30. Plus, the producer of the Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake is eyeing a Final Fantasy VI revisit. With the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy in the works, RPG fans have a lot to be excited about!
