Fans of The Legend of Zelda will have to hold tight as the live-action film's release has been pushed to May 7, 2027. Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto announced the delay on social media, citing 'production reasons' for the shift from its original March 26 date. While details are still under wraps, director Wes Ball is set to lead the project. Miyamoto promised that the extra time will help ensure the film lives up to the franchise's legacy.
