Stellaris is shaking things up with its Nomads expansion set to drop on June 15. Players will now lead a nomadic civilization aboard giant Arkships, moving away from traditional territory controls. You can choose from different lifestyles inspired by history and fiction, like the Heirs of the Khan or embarking on a spiritual journey with the Sacred Path.
The expansion also comes with a free update called Pegasus, adding new gameplay elements like Waystations to help manage resources. Game Director Stephen Muray joked about the challenges of mobile colonies, but it seems Stellaris is ready for a fresh take on cosmic exploration.
