Nintendo is placing new restrictions on image sharing for Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, set to launch in 2026. The company wants to keep the game’s fun atmosphere intact, citing concerns over content that doesn’t match its lighthearted tone.
Players can still craft Miis and create funny scenarios, but sharing screenshots will be more complicated. Automatic uploads and direct posting to social media are disabled, requiring players to find alternative ways to share their moments.
While this might annoy those wanting to show off their creativity, Nintendo is prioritizing a safe gaming environment. Do you think these restrictions are necessary?
