Lies of P is stepping up its game with a free update that introduces new difficulty options and the upcoming DLC, Overture. Game director Jiwon Choi noted that player feedback played a key role in making the title more accessible for newcomers. The default mode, 'Legendary Stalker,' will be joined by easier settings like 'Butterfly's Guidance' and 'Awakened Puppet.' For veterans, a Battle Memories mode offers boss battles across five difficulty levels, including an ultra-hard challenge. The DLC, set during Krat's final days, will also bring fresh weapons like slashing claws and a gunblade, launching this summer.
