Rikuma Mikuni, a doctoral student at Waseda University, has created an amazing Minecraft replica of Tokyo. His project features famous landmarks like Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Station, covering the city's 23 central wards and even some remote islands. Mikuni developed a special tool to turn 3D data from Japan's PLATEAU initiative into accurate Minecraft versions of urban spaces.
